The decay $ρ^{0}\to π^{0}π^{0}γ$ and the role of $σ$-meson

Abstract

We study the radiative decay $ρ^{0}\toπ^{0}π^{0}γ$ within the framework of a phenomenological approach in which the contributions of $σ$-meson and $ω$-meson intermediate states and of the pion-loops are considered. We conclude that the $σ$-meson amplitude provides the dominant contribution.
