Evolution of Yamabe constant under Ricci flow

Abstract

In this note under a crucial technical assumption we derive a differential equality of the Yamabe constant $\mathcal{Y} (g (t))$ where $g (t)$ is a solution of the Ricci flow on a closed manifold.
