Coulomb scattering of quantum dipoles in QED

Abstract

We calculate the total scattering cross-section of a dynamical quantum electrically neutral dipole in QED of the infinitely heavy charge and of the infinitely heavy dipole in the leading order in electromagnetic coupling constant.
