Abstract
The CP violating asymmetry between the partial decay rates of $H^+ \to W^+ h^0$ and $H^- \to W^- h^0$ is calculated at one-loop level in MSSM with complex parameters. The dependence on the phases of $A_Ï$ and $M_1$ is discussed. Different values of $\tan β$ are considered. The asymmetry is up to the order of $10^{-2} $.
