SDSS J1240-01: A New AM CVn Candidate from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey

Abstract

We report on the discovery of a new AM CVn candidate from the Sloan Digital Sky Survey, Data Release 1. Our first spectroscopic follow-up in the optical is presented and discussed briefly.
