On differential independence of $\mathboldζ$ and $\mathboldΓ$

Abstract

In this note, we will prove that $\mathboldζ$ and $\mathboldΓ$ can not satisfy any differential equation generated through a family of functions continuous in $\mathboldζ$ with polynomials in $\mathboldΓ$.
