Fragmentation-fraction ratio $f_{Î_b}/f_{Î_b}$ in $b$- and $c$-baryon decays

Abstract
We study the ratio of fragmentation fractions, $f_{Î_b}/f_{Î_b}$, from the measurement of $Î_b^0\to Î_c^+Ï^-$ and $Î_b^0\to Î_c^+Ï^-$ with $Î_{c}^{+}/Î_{c}^{+}\to p K^-Ï^+$. With the branching fraction $\mathcal{B}(Î_c^+\to pK^-Ï^+)=(2.2\pm0.8)\%$ obtained under the U-spin symmetry, the fragmentation ratio is determined as $f_{Î_b}/f_{Î_b}$=$0.054\pm0.020$. To reduce the above uncertainties, we suggest to measure the branching fractions of $Î_c^+\to p \overline K^{*0}$ and $Î_c^+\to Σ^+ K^{*0}$ at BESIII, Belle(II) and LHCb.
