On metrics defined by length spectra on Teichmuller spaces of surfaces with boundary

Abstract

We prove that the length spectrum metric and the arc-length spectrum metric are almost-isometric on the $ε_0$-relative part of Teichmuller spaces of surfaces with boundary.
