A simple proof of the generalized strong recurrence for any non-zero parameter

Abstract

The strong recurrence is equivalent to the Riemann hypothesis. In the present paper, we give a simple proof of the generalized strong recurrence for all non-zero parameters.

This paper has been withdrawn by the author. The proof has a gap. It is possible to avoid this, but then the proof becomes not simple. I feel most grateful that Professor Garunkstis told me the gap
